Dears, I bought a pack of items on the official Battle.net shop, but when I log into the game on my main character, there’s no option to claim it. This option is only available on my alt character.
Are both characters in the same account? Battle.net purchases can only be claimed once per account, but they should be claimable by any characters in that account. I know this for certain, I’ve done it more than once in my account (5 different characters).
yes they are both on the same account. I purchased a lots of bundeles before and never meet such a problem. I can see them ingame but i am unable to claim them

TL;DR: We will be issuing automatic refunds the stuck bundles. No action is required on your part.
