Server Transfer

I have a problem with Immortal Devil, I need to transfer from server and I do not allow it, it indicates collection, which already communicated with support and verified that I have not made transfers and that it should be free because it is the first time I make a server transfer, also the battle pass me.is charging 150 dollars which is not so since the battle pass has a cost of 15 dollars, as indicated could be a bug

Juego Diablo inmortal en telefono y desde hace dos meses me sale un monto de compra de pase batalla por 150 dolares y ese mismo monto para la transferencia de servidor, y tambien nunca se ha transferido de servidor y lo cobra, cuando la primera vez es gratis.
