“Disconnected from battle.net”

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Device Type: Apple iPhone
Device Model: 15 pro max
Device Operating System: iOS 26.5.2
Diablo Immortal App Version: latest update

I am constantly getting disconnected from battle.net while in game. My friends list is empty, world chat is filled with bots and every bot I try to block / report gets me disconnected from battle.net.

It shows that I have 0 blocked accounts right now. I was going to try and clean that list to start fresh but I can’t. Just trying to view blocked players gets me “disconnected from battle.net also”. This game is so broken.

I too have the same battle net bug. I keep getting disconnected. Have tried reloading everythinf and still no fix

The new patch is doing some very weird things.

Just like above NPC’s are also either disappearing or completely unclickable.

Movement / lag is more prevalent too than I have seen for a long time and the distance between what you can click is sometimes off center.

There seems to be a laundry list of bugs since the patch.

Same issue though mine is most maddening when first logging on. First 20 min I cannot block or report spammers, can’t access shop, some communications are broken. iOS, all updated, tried reinstall even. Frustrated.
