I purchased Zerg Rush Bundle for 2800 Platinum. I have most of the items that come with the Zerg Rush Bundle (i.e., Zerg mount, trophies, etc.); however, I do not have the actual armor. I have followed the steps to troubleshoot. See attached photos.
It doesn’t make sense for almost all of the items to be available except the armor. The screen indicates that I have a new item available in the armory but it doesn’t show. I’ve checked all of my inventories for all characters. I have my accounts linked (PC & XBOX). I contacted support and was told to open a ticket here.
