Lol, I think the point to take from this is that there will always be some sort of conflict with other games, holidays, an/dor some other entertainment (sports, movies, shows, etc.)

No but Blizzard is a US based company, so they should know. Also America is the biggest gaming consumer and where most of the community is based, followed by China but D4 won’t be available in China. Also most countries celebrate mothers day on the same day.
In most countries Mother’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May , among them the USA, Canada, most European countries, Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan, the Philippines and South Africa.
The most countries in South America celebrate on May 10th.

As for Mother’s Day being different dates I’m literally in one of those countries right now that have it a different date. As I explained as well a lot of ppl just don’t celebrate Mother’s Day. Because here in America, where Blizzard and American Company, where the American devs are based. Mother’s Day is a big holiday.

And yes the US is the biggest video game consumer in the world. China is the only other country that remotely gets close and that’s because there are more gamers per capita in China. But the US gamers spend more hence why it’s the biggest market.

You are right on the China bit but D4 is not coming out in Chinca, and it only edges the US by a bit because of population. Look at quarterly earning reports for any video game company then come back and talk to me.

Again you’re disregarding what I’m saying. We were discussing the gaming communities not how much they consume. Since you like googling try “how many Europeans play video games". Then compare that number with the whole population of the US.
The numbers I posted up top has the biggest video game consumers in the world. And the gamer population next to it. United States 209.8M. Germany, United Kingdom, France and Italy combined 169.1M.
Besides we were not talking population we are talking revenue. And I can guarantee you the majority of the D4 community is in the US. That is what I’m arguing. Look at servers for any game compare American servers vs European server there are usually twice as many in America. I wonder why?
Regardless still most of Europe celebrates Mother’s day on the same day, as we do in America. About 70% of the countries where the game is releasing celebrates Mother’s day on the same day. Just because your country does not does not change that fact.

It’s not however the rest of the countries are not worth mentioning. Their consumption is very small. Not even reaching 5m compared to those 4 countries.

Haven’t played Zelda since it came on NES many years ago, so Server Slam for me! 
Have fun with your 30fps Zelda game. For people with actual standards, we wait for it to be properly emulated so we can play in 4k and 60fps+.

Actually stopped caring for it once it went 3D / changed POV. The NES and SNES versions are great

They must not really want us to “slam” the servers, since they are choosing to do this at the same time another big game is releasing.
