You're going to need to make 41 characters! 40 hour battlepass easier to sell than 80 hour?

It’s cool blizzard is planning 10 years ahead. But why do people think they have to plan 10 years also just to be able to play one single game?

In 10 years I will have had 10000 meals, nerf food.

You are over eating. Cut yourself down to one meal a day and you will be much healthier.

Gotta get the fuel for the muscles

Nonsense. You want to cut down the enjoyment of other people because you have responsibilities that don’t allow you to play as often?

They could solve that by not having season content being time limited. People that don’t have as much time to play could pick which season content they want to work on.

Nonsense back at you. If they spread out the seasons, they have more time to make good content, if they are constantly rushing to make the season, the content won’t be as good, and thus not as enjoyable. I actually want something that is enjoyable, and doable for everyone, both for thise who have responsibilities AND for those who are supported by sugger daddies/mommies

Everyone keeps talking about length of the season, but I have never understood the idea of making seasons requiring you to make a character from scratch, I don’t really see the point of creating an unpopulated eternal realm (since realistically most people will just hop between seasonals). Surely there is a smarter design that just incorporates the season into the main realm without all the double handling. NOBODY plays on the standard realm in D3 lol. What is the actual point. I had hoped blizzard had at least learned how banal the system is.

Sounds like something possible but the game would end up like D3 2-3 weeks of being crowded per season then it dies off until the next season

But they did. I remember a double dragon arcade game when I was in HS(early 90s) that asked for quarters to get items. TES:Oblivion had them during the Xbox360 era. Remember the horse armor fiasco? Even Maple Story and Dugeon Fighter online had them prior to that. MTX took off during the era tou claim didn’t have them.

Understandable. I don’t know how to fix that problem you pointed out. That being said, I hear blizzard likes to have players logging in a game at least once a month so that they can claim active playerbase to the investors. Whatever they do, now I am starting to realize that it is unlikely that they will move against the “monthly participation” goal.
