When you transition from the beginning of Yelesna Mine (and complete the Knight and the Magpie quest) to the next zone it teleports you straight to lift and the locked door at the end of the zone. Vigo stops following you and doesn’t say anything for a while until he finally inspects the lift.
This is a new issue as I never had this issue during the open beta test phases or the server slam.
