My 2 Xbox series X consoles with 2 different accounts are having the same issue.
I have reset my my NBN, reset my Router, Double checked that all of the following are enabled:
- Port forwarding
-NAT Open
-UPNP on
-DMZ (even unnecessary, enabled)
-Cleared xbox cache / Hard reset
-Can see my friends on the app
-No strikes on my xbox or battlenet accounts etc.. etc..
With NO AVAIL!
This has been happening for 2 weeks now, thinking my internet was the problem. If we could possibly have a quick fix asap as it’s ruining the gaming experience.

same issue on xbox, its been since the release of season 14.. i have no one in my clan list… the longer i stay online, as people come online the list starts to populate, i am also missing messages in clan chat.. oh and i also play on steam deck, and have none of these issues.. so defo xbox related

Major friends list issues on Xbox even after all troubleshooting. Blizzard its making me not want to play its ridiculous having to call your friends or text them to see if they are online to play. Fix this please.

they released an update without fixing this issue, Blizzard does not obviously care. This matter is only happening on Xbox consoles

i raised a ticket and got a reply from a gamesmaster stating that they are aware of the issue and to keep posting in the forums to keep awareness high… seems a strange thing to ask but anyway, we are now weeks into season. 14 and i still cannot see any of my freinds online when i log into diablo 4 on xbox and clan chat is also missing for the most part… it seems as though i can see people who are online and chat ONLY if they come online after me.
I play this game with freinds, at the moment for the first time in 14 seasons there is no point in me playing the game, blizzard have broke something, they know they have and have said nothing about a fix to make it right, so maybe its time to move onto another game.
as i think i mentioned earlier, i also play on steam deck when i travel and thats working fine so its just xbox for me…

weeks now into the season and still no reply from blizzard regarding a fix… its a disgrace.. maybe we should take our money elsewhere
