[Xbox] Character progression blocked - Helltide Collection objective stuck and Talismans not working

Game Version: 2.0.103.0

I am experiencing two issues on the same character:

  1. War Plan Rank 4 - Helltide CollectionI have opened many Tortured Gifts during Helltides and spent well over 500 Aberrant Cinders. The objective never progresses and remains incomplete.

  2. Talisman/Charm SystemAfter removing my charms from the Talisman, I can no longer equip any of them. All 5 slots are empty and available. Clicking the charms does nothing and no error message appears.

I have already:

- Fully restarted Diablo IV

- Restarted the Xbox

- Switched characters

- Removed and re-equipped gear

The issues persist.
