If you saw the rest of my comment, I also said the same thing happens when you got people saying the same thing when people, such as myself, requested for PvP balance. āI donāt PvP so donāt bother balancing itā becomes the game having no balance for the past 2 years.

They have said the first part when Nadoes were the meta and they nerfed them. Then like you noticed they buffed absolutely nothing in return to our own damage and they will never return Hota and whirlwind to what they were it seems. Then guess what after that they added Nadoes 2.0 with earthquakes and added broken items to further increase its damage. At this point I take everything they say with a grain of salt like t4 should he aspirational and now they want everyone to again be able to farm t4. Which one is it???
As for the last point of a build is 100000x stronger than the rest, if you nerf it people will still use that build. Blizzard doesnāt seem to realize you can buff weak unused builds. The only times builds become relevant is when they add broken uniques that warp gameplay like sorc hydra and Thorns pants for SBs. Then guess what theyāll get nuked into nothing in a season or two.

See thatās the thing, I came from watching his video where he explicitly says the class was deleted. Blizzardās not fixing anything & thatās what I want everyone to internalize here.

Nah I donāt think heās doing that on purpose. Sometimes people have interest in other classes and builds too.
Iāve known for the longest time what kind of player he is.
Donāt include me in your little statement. As a builder, I know that builds often come from the guys in the back. As for spamming videos about builds, itās what he does and I find that heās the more ethical one regarding it compared to other ccās. Thatās why I have no qualms recommending him whereas I would not do the same for everyone else.
