Worldly fortune recipe change - s8 patch 2.2

well there goes my landslide utility tempers. why not just change this ones name (hindering blows?) and add another worldly fortune.

maybe that “up to 10% chance” of Terramotes on hit against bosses is more in line with the 10% we now have vs everything (down from close to 100% with the recipe. i have stun/immo on 3 pieces of gear and mw’d on 1)…rework coming anytime soon?

Primal Landslide:

  • When you Immobilize or Stun an enemy, you gain a Terra mote. Each enemy hit by [Landslide] consumes a Terramote causing a guaranteed Critical Strike with 40%x Critical Strike Damage. Bosses always have up to a 10% chance to grant a Terramote when hit.

i guess if we are stunning less but longer it would encourage choosing raging landslide, which would only work on bosses when staggered (or should) or other mobs when cc’d. another peev i had with this morph is that the pillar is spawned in the line after the first set and not in between causing the additional to miss enemies targeted.

Raging Landslide:

  • When you strike an Immobilized or Stunned enemy with [Landslide] an additional pillar of earth is formed.

put that additional pillar in between the intial ones and overlap them to up the hit rate, if im to use this morph now.

it’s still damage on Tuesday’s and cc resistance is going to destroy this skills dps.

i mean whacking an elite training dummy on ptr the 2nd petrify i trigger after the first like 10 seconds seconds later, for a duration of 7 seconds last about .5 seconds (based on the indicator above the head from cc) but even if raging did proc it would miss the target anyways.
