Word of hakan unique doesnt have locked stats

So i was under the impression that uniques roll the same stats no matter what, just different values.

Well i just got another word of hakan, and it has 1 different stat, than the one i acquired before the latest patch.

Pre-patch amulet
item power 755
17.9% res to all elements
14% non-physical damage
20% ultimate skill damage
15% increased critical strike damage with imbued skills
+2 ranks of all imbuement skills

Post-patch amulet
Item power 785
18.5% res to all elements
5.6% cooldown reduction
17.5% ultimate skill damage
16% increased critical strike damage with imbued skills
+2 ranks of all imbuement skills

I think there’s allot they aren’t telling us haha, they did something to stat rolls last patch and didn’t document it.

The Hakan Stat Change into cooldown reduction was stated at the patch notes.

Yeah but the patch notes say that cooldown was supposed to replace ultimate skill damage lmao

Ya.

Typo on the patch notes, but it is the same for everyone as far as I am aware. Since the patch, non-Physical damage is now cooldown reduction.

Beyond that, there’s still something off about stat rolls since last update.

Literally every unique i’ve found, has had higher item power, worse stats. Before last patch i was doing tier 20 NMDs, now im doing tier 60, getting worse rolls every single time. They did something in the background, and it totally F’ed item rolls.
