Witch power still bugged as in PTR

Finally got 2 fugitive heads and sadly to find the same problems during PTR.

  1. The rule of counting 3 same-kind powers equipped is too strict that the unique slot is excluded. Not sure if this is intended or a bug.
  2. The lost power is not considered as any of the 3 kinds. As patch notes (traced back even before PTR) always said that the lost power (or at least breath of the coven) is counted as all 3 kinds, this is absolutely a bug.
    In sum of findings above, you at most fulfill one three-same-kind occult gem requirement because there are only 5 slots. For example, having killing wind (3 eldritch required) and spiral coin (3 psyche required) at the same time is impossible. Together with the massive nerfs at start of S7, the usefulness of occult gems is far, far less than my anticipation as a player.
    The very low rate of getting a fugitive head makes it even more frustrating. I don’t consider myself a casual player, but I still felt it unbelievable the German Beavis on YT turned the head into restless rot.
  3. Breath of the coven lucky hit chance bonus is still absent.
    This is the same situation during PTR. Though some players replied it working (possibly by pure feeling), the lack of any status icon or change in tool tip (in contrast to the attack speed part) provides no evidence to prove it working.

I didn´t pay attention to Luck Hit buff but attack speed is working perfectly.

Yes, the attack speed certainly worked. You can confirm by feeling, status icon above skill bar and tool tip statistics. As for the lucky hit chance, nope.

I did test here. In my system the Luck hit is increasing as intended.

How come? I tried every combination I could and only got the AS. Never found any LH change while reaching max AS bonus.
