yea, they do have a decent aesthetic really. i dont consider them half as bad as the d3 ones really.

I’d rather we make all spell/skill effects transparent. Or at least the option to do so. It’s rather odd we don’t have this option already.
The new wings looks pretty bad, they are too small. The pets are also not great. They should be skeletons or demons not a dog. I own and love my dog, nothing against dogs but they dont fit in D4.

Please add the base game ultimate, emote wings (Wings of The Creator Emote) to the new wings slottable. I’d like to wear them on my holy sorc.

I have this one. It’s probably one of my favorite looking mounts. The hell themed ones are about too cliched. Although right now I’m using the new cat but I’d love to see mounts come in both formats when you buy them so I can have a bioluminescence cat mount.
I’m pretty sure most of us have become sort of “meh” to the atmosphere in D4. Wings are part of the NPC characters (Inarius, etc.) so it isn’t like they’re unprecedented. I’m not opposed to Blizzard putting in an option to disable viewing of cosmetics with the “wings” flag for players that want to have an environment without them. That way others could have what they want and I can have my wings.
I am not a fan of wings, nor am I a fan of many of the cosmetics that can be acquired in the shop. That said, it’s all art and we know how subjective everyone’s tastes are. Lost Ark’s silliness in these respects is what ultimately ruined that game for me. I am hoping that it doesn’t get too out of hand for D4, especially considering the MMO-lite kind of game that it is.
If someone likes extra loud bling on their dark fantasy character, it means we all get to see it too. I don’t see an option to disable that kind of flare ever being a thing so it’s a matter of sucking it up or moving on. Aesthetics in a game are important to me so I’m in wait and see mode.

Honestly, if I could get a motorcycle, a bolter, and some Space Marine armor, I’d be down for that. You hear me Blizzard? I’m giving you an opportunity to take my money!
I think there should be an option to turn off other people’s cosmetics so that people who don’t want to see crazy bonkers off the walls cosmetics can maintain some immersion.
I don’t mind it, but there’s already setting to make the game darker and more gritty so it stands to reason they should make it so that your dark and gritty game isn’t uprooted by some sorc lady with glowing butterfly wings and rainbow trails blasting through your game experience out of nowhere.

Just pretend that the rainbow aura is actually a Sorcerer with a chromatic shield that bends and refracts light in a way that creates this illusion of a rainbow. Make up some scenario for the made up pixels and all the zombies will be happy!
