Thats not the way blizzard works. I have Gamepass (Xbox PC), Steam and Battle.net. I originally bought D4 on battle.net before it was on other platforms. When it went to steam I decided to get the expansion there instead of having battle.net installed. If i want to play it anywhere else I have to buy the expansion either on battle.net or on gamepass. Each platform is considered a separate license. Licenses are not shared across platforms.
