-Could be I am just missing something so if so, someone please teach me. I only just really started dabbling with infernal hordes so am just doing level 3-4 but they pretty easy at these levels so probably time to go up.
-I run Infernal Hordes Tier 3 and above for the chest that is supposed to drop a guaranteed piece of gear with a greater affix. I am often NOT getting a single piece of gear with a greater affix from this chest. What is this?
Yeh, my hit rate is about 10% for a GA from the “Guaranteed” GA chest.
I just skip that chest. Maybe 1 in 5 drops ga for me.
Is that how this is supposed to work? I’d be surprised if this was a bug. I thought this guaranteed GA chest from IH was one of the new features of the season. They couldn’t have missed this obvious one.
It must be a bug. I think one of the hotfixes broke something.

I’ve gotten 2 GA items from the 60 box out of 100 opened, even though the word “Guaranteed” seems more like hoax.
Just open the 20 and you’ll get more GA items then spending 60.
Thanks, all. Good to know it’s not just me! Will keep opening to 20cost chest. I also have noticed I get more GA from doing this repeatedly as opposed to the “guaranteed” chest."

It was working up until the fixed the amulet and ring drop weight issue.
Which is about the same for seeing a GA in the wild, so it would seem something is messed up with the “GA chests” that are not doing anything different than regular killing.
My tier20 Mother’s Gift item that is supposed to have an item with 2GA did not have one either. Broke all the guarantee GA items it seems

Yeah it’s lame, I would have sat on the Mother’s Gift last reward if they announced the guaranteed was broke
Something is messed up with the drops in general. 50% of the loot is rings and amulets, I will go like 3 entire inventories of legendaries before I get a single pair of pants.
I legitimately think items are effectively being “ghost dropped”. Like they are supposed to be spawned but just never do or something like that.
Also XP is supposed to be faster than S4 but it feels slower.
I just now got a GA Mace from the big chest in the Infernal Hordes. They must have just fixed it.
Not only am I not getting guaranteed GA drops from horde chests, I also did not get the guaranteed Ancestral 925 with 2 GAs from the final Mother’s Gift cache.
This guaranteed crap ain’t working.
It can drop a GA item, just not guaranteed. Might as well be same as any other chest. Speaking of mace, if you gamble for 1H mace with obol, it’s always going to be legendary.
