It’s more grim dark based.
I felt the same. Because of this grey whatever it is, every place of the game looks same and boring. No feel change when I go another capital.
Just play when it’s night in game and all your problems will be solved.

The share holders didnt want them to spend to much koney on colours
If you use HDR with an OLED monitor, you would be blown away.
I’m using ReShade to tweak things a bit to more of my liking…
check different color profiles.
i feel like it looks bland on streams but pops on my screen. must be the incredible msi game mode rpg premium colors 
anymore colorful and it’d start to remind me of d3 too much.
