Why is Shako drop glitch so offending to people?

Reddit is that way, tough guy

They aren’t exploited items. They are items acquired through intended gameplay. An exploit in a game obviously infers that there was some benefit gained by a player purposely participating in unintended mechanics to gain that reward.

Do you suggest that if you’re a person that doesn’t follow youtube - doesn’t participate in social media, etc…that logged into the game that night, saw helltide was on the map, went in, earned a chest, and then opened it - was exploiting the game?

You can’t have it both ways. Playing the game through intended means - does not mean exploit. Period.

As soon as we’re ready to call this what it is - I’d be willing to rejoin the conversation. But I cannot try to rationalize with irrational notions.

Okay, and? Are they playing the game in an unintended manner? Did they sequence break or do something that exists outside of the established parameters by Blizzard? Is farming for uber uniques intended or unintended gameplay?

You clearly don’t know what exploits actually are. My guess is that you’re tilted you didn’t get the shako, either.

Sure they are. They exploited to get them. So they are exploited items. What do you not understand? We can walk you through it step by step.

Yes. You are not supposed to knowingly exploit bugged chests for drops. Durrrr durr.

The only thing blizzard has done wrong in regarding of handling this thing is not increase drop chance for the future. Or we don’t know yet.

They did NOT exploit to get them. They played the game as it was intended to be played. I don’t need to be “walked through anything step by step” - the insinuation that I do - is a poor attempt at basically calling me stupid (which I’m not).

I wouldn’t even talk about your level of intelligence. You’re obviously feeling so overly-passionate about this - that you’ve crossed the realm of irrational thought on it. That’s all there is to it.

Stepping out.

No, you are not intended to target bugged chests to exploit a bug for drops. Why would you possibly think that? Ignorance is why.

Because they didn’t get it. That’s why.

+1 “I can’t handle the truth”

An exploit that comes from intended gameplay is not an exploit that would be actionable. You continue to ignore what exploits actually are actionable (AKA sequence breaking, movement speed bugs, everything I’ve listed out to you, etc.) because you know you’re wrong and can’t accept that.

Use the ignore function on this dude. Its truly a blessing.

Targeting bugged chests for advantage is not intended gameplay. Durr durr.

Target farming is 100% intended gameplay. You’re playing the wrong game if you think it’s not my guy lmao

Target farming is different from target bug farming. Durr durr.

+1 you never learned to put things in preceptive.

Also, you can’t target farm anymore LOLOLOL

i’m a pretty big hearthstone player and one day 12months ago blizzard goofed hard and gave everybody like 10,000 dust…enough to craft 6 legendary cards. They took it all away and the people who used the dust got to keep the cards that they already crafted. Blizzard is just inept. thats all.

This isn’t the innovative blizzard of the 90s and 2000s this is the blizzard that looks to milk $.
