Yes, I absolutely agree that you can learn from the builds and just improve your knowledge of the game!
To answer your question: Without having spend a minute in build guides for season 4, I have build up my necro and cleared tier 100 nmd and tier 56 pit without holy bolt elixier.
I would call it a working build…
