He was a weak start out, weaker than the rest. At higher levels he becomes more viable. but starting out was a dredge. Blizzard has addressed this by buffing.
Yes I did. was my final character. All 28 lilith statues active. and early game (first 10 levels) were a complete drag fest. As previously stated, blizz addressed this.
I didnt personally go past 15. but watched some builds. level 25 builds were wrecking for sure. 1 punch bear!
