Why am i not allowed to post in PTR feedback? I played for several hours for many days and have relevant contributions to make there. I thought it may be post count but I see threads created by people with only 3 posts

License issue. Either forum license or game license.
Are you using Console? Steam? That’d be my guess.
Interesting. No Steam and no console but yes Gamepass on PC. I can play the game on live, I could play PTR. I can post anywhere else, but not PTR Feedback or PTR Bug Report

I suspect players on a different platform aren’t getting the proper forum licenses assigned.
We used to have MVPs floating around that might yield a more definitive answer, but I haven’t seen MissCheetah-1661 in a while.

They clearly state “You’re not allowed to create…”, which means your forum account is only allowed to view but not to create posts except for accounts they have granted permission to.
Have you posted anything negative or complaining about D4 before?

I believe once they shut down the ptr they closed new posts there as well.
I have not ever made any posts disparaging of Blizzard, its devs or other players/posters. Not my style. And it only impacts those 2 PTR categories.

pretty sure gamepass users dont get access to the ptr forum.
either way, you can post your feedback just here. many others do so as well. so yea, dont be worried about it.

Yea sounds like a game pass issue. The license is probably registered under Xbox even though it goes through the game pass to be useable on the PC. My best guess anyway.
No problem posting here if you have feedback though. The CMs know others can’t make posts there either who have access to the forums like you do. This has been happening since the first PTR.

Oh you’re playing D4 on console?
Correct only available on PC. So probably just had some weird interaction with the game pass is all. Not exactly helpful I know, but it’s our best guess right now.

No I play on pc but I’m assuming Gamepass users don’t get access to PTR categories because Gamepass is seen as Xbox license wise and they don’t have access to PTR. Or at least that is my assumption based on what folks have said here.

I don’t think that is the case if it was I wouldn’t be able to post on the ptr feedback forums. I have gotten my forum account temporally banned a few times for calling out Blizzard on things and I let my mouth get the better of me. It has to be something else.
