Yeah the problem is HOTA has a +100% cap on its tier 2 mastery where Upheaval is capped at 30%
Everything is decent in t4. When you start pushing high nm dungeons, not having pants with damage reduction for every affix is a death sentence.

Yeah Temerity is really good for Druids but for Barbs, the flat DR is better since otherwise you need to invest heavily in Barrier generation affixes to make it work
Blows my mind that they did this. 10 attacks to cap 30% when you can get 30% with just 3 basic attacks off of that aspect that juices core skill with basic skill use, lol. Wth where they thinking.
Also, hota scales with your max fury, not your % relative to max. So if you have 250 fury you have 250% more damage. Its why hota is so good compared to everything else and why they are going to nerf it and barbs will soon be bottom tier.

Here are a few examples why uniques suck
Shadows Graps Unique Gloves - The shadow clone does not mimic you move set entierly , and does not apply the imbues you have on at the moment , furthermore it dissapears instantly when you dont attack.
Hands of Fate Unique Gloves - you have 1 % chance to hit a 1% to 200% of your normal damage ā¦I mean realy do i realy have to play the Lotto here!!!
Razorplate - Why???!!!
Eyes in the Dark pants - CD increased for deathtrap and does not rearm if it hits a boss or player witch basicly makes it ussles . 1 Death Trap agains a normal mob pack is more than sufficient to kill them all.
Asheras Dagger - nice aspect very bad stats ā¦ i mean VERY BAD.
Amulet of Hakan - Why??!!
Pretty sure I touched a thorns barb in PVP and imploded like that submarine. Itās an item for thorns build obviously.

Too soon 
Razor plate is very useful in leveling builds if you get it early. It can work until T70 just fine on necro.
Hands of fate is a fun proc item. Many people like using it even though itās not the best item.
A lot of what you said is just your OPINION and you leave out 99% of the game when you claim they suck.
They are almost all very good or nearly BIS for 99% of content in the game, except the highest nightmare dungeons and the final boss.

Aight. Druid uniques suck. You know why? Cause they gate 90% of our viable builds with them.
Uniques should enhance and change your character, not be the gatekeeper for actually doing anything above sigil 50 or below that wonāt take you 15 mins to clear a dungeon.

What is BIS about a item that dosent work as intended??? If you are ok whit setteling whit less then by all means the items are great.
They are crap as long as they do not work 100% as intended. I do not need my Shadows to proc once in a while , when he feels like it . i want it to proc as stated in the aspect . I do not want my shadow to proc whitout my imbuments ā¦ becouse today was a raini day and the Shadow clone didnt feel like comming out whit poison on its daggersā¦ I need it to come out armed and ready for warā¦ And what is 99% of the content to you??? For me its exactcly that end game . Campaign and lvling proces is basicly a tutorial in these games.
We as Barbs also have a talent passive that increases Thorns by 9% and also inflicts additional bleed damage on top of the Thorns retaliation.
The uniques arenāt crap. Them not being absolutely the best item possible doesnāt mean they suck.
You are exaggerating so hard to try and make a point because you just want Shako and want all uniques buffed to itās level.
You arenāt getting what you want and you probably are never getting shako.
For my druid shred build i use 3 unique that are very usefull.
I would like to use temerity too on that build but iāll loose an important aspect slot so itās not worth.
I canāt talk for other class but unique seems very usefull to me .
Like someone else said, if it has only op affix it would be too strong, itās ok to me that they donāt. so i donāt see why you complain against unique ā¦

Omg is that what you see!!! I dont even care about those top 6 items lol. I am talking about items working as intended witch they are not. And is not only the ones that i enumarated , barb has problems , druid has problems, sorc has problems , every class has problems whit its items. Shure legendayes should come in different variety good and bad , but non the less they should all work as stated in the aspect details . WITCH THEY ARE NOTā¦

THE SHADOW DOES NOT MIMIC YOUR ATTACKS AND HAS NO IMBUMENT ON WHEN IT APEARS. Do i realy need to speel this out for you?? Dosent mather if the legendary is end game or middle game or start gameā¦ it does not work as intended. its buged , its damagedā¦etc etcā¦ If your ok whit thisā¦ by all means defend blizzards crap. I am not exagerating im simply stating the obvious. Same goes for other classes items. they either dont work as intended , or they are simply made whit no thoughtā¦ like eyes in the dark pants.

As a sorc, 99% of uniques suck. Rainment is the only good unique at all and it doesnāt scale well to high tier NMs
Temerity is good outside of higher level Nightmare dungeons for me gives me 80% hp over shield. Being a storm wolf I constantly crit heal myself and basically never die in t4.
Dying in T4 is because you just stopped paying attention. I canāt think of the last time I did same level content and felt at risk.
Then limit your complaints to the items that donāt work.
Iāve listed many that do work and are used.
Clearly 99% of uniques donāt suck.
Other than Druid and Necro, the uniques by in large leave something to be desired.
