I think the Devs aren’t to blame here. The guys upstairs told them to push the game out in a basic form in a hurry and then fix it later. The structure is there, and I agree it’s boring once you hit 100 but once they have a chance to add QOL improvements it has a chance to be a good game.
The most depressing thing I have heard though is the quote of one of the Blizzard brass saying D5 is not far away. That means they will be taking resources away from D4 for another broken release.
