Please lower the cooldown to match rain of arrows and death trap so that it can be lowered to ~10.5 seconds without outrageous masterworking requirements.
Also, please consider fixing the overflow issue with preparation where it can only refund up to 5 seconds of ultimate per attack (unless it’s beastfall boosted, then it can refund 10 seconds)
