For me,
It is definitely the Jaguar. After seeing the game play that Jaguar just calling for me. I was never a huge fan of rogue but I think I will like the Spiritborn Jaguar infused play style. I am open to hybrid build too but I’ll have to see what S tier build the content creator comes out with.
Def Jaguar for me.

I’m personally leaning towards jaguar and eagle hybrid

Yes, I am seeing some good synergies there with Eagle and Jag… good take
I dont really look at whats the strongest build. I like creating my own stuff. I theorcraft what I believe will be fun and strong and go from there. No idea what I will play until I see all the gear, skills, aspects, and etc.

fair enough… Even tier list from streamers will change few weeks into a season so the starting point when the season begin is always inaccurate
from what i saw im leaning towards the jaguar as well.
and yea, ill avoid any guides when i first play it as well. takes too much fun to instantly jump onto a build
woot ye, Jag team go !..
I hope Jag is OP lol, cuz I doubt all 4 spirit gods are going to be balanced equally, i mean come on we know blizzard. LOL, there is gonna be some gods that are OP and some are underperforming.

to be honest, i can easily see the spiritborn being busted as hell on release just to catch interest.
i mean its like that in league of legends most of the time. New champions are overscaled as hell lol.

true, I guess we just hope they don’t also nerf it to oblivion after a few seasons in haha…
Thats how it is for everything. From a Rogue main perspective, Combo Point had always performed better than Inner Sight and Preparation. Only in the upcoming Season 5 does it look more balanced. Necros i heard rarely used Golem for the longest time.
That being said, again fron a Rogues perspective, i think all the spirits look viable. I would have raised my eyebrows HARD at centipede due to them revolving around poison and having legendaries similar to Rogue’s Grenades and Arrow Storm. Those have been lacking last few seasons for Rogue but the devs are getting them to the right spot in season 5 and seemed to have figured it out. So i am not too worried about some of the flat damage effects centipede does and the posions viability.
Gorilla…kinda not impressed but that could be because I kinda ignore things like thorns. I think the Ultimate at first glance sucks though imo. Outside of using it in that Season 5 dungeon, i have zero interest in standing in one spot for survival.
Agreed, I am also not a thorn player myself… Gorilla just doesn’t seem like it is for me.
The Ult is bad cuz it is stationary AOE dmg lol, like come on monsters move around…
Centipede fan myself, maybe with a mix of the Eagle. We’ll see how it goes though, still waiting on more information for the expansion itself.

Is there a duck or platypus option? I’ll go with that.
Definetly Gorilla hybrid of some kind. Leaning Jag as secondary.
I will only summon a Necro to pick up my Sorc’s corpse.
lol, Sorc getting some major buffs for S5, let see how it pans out first. Maybe Sorc will finally be able to do some real damage.
My only DOT character is a fire sorc. I don’t really have a poison build character, so I am thinking Centipede. Although I really like Jaguar too.
My initial thought on Spiritborn from the little I have personally seen is Centipede being the main focus. I liked the animations in Centipede the most and a drain/DoT style seems like a lot of fun to me.
My guess is that whatever is best will be some combination with Eagle.

I’m headed for jaguar offense and gorilla defense myself!
Eagle most likely as that seems to be the ranged version.
