Do you really play your game?
I ask because I would like to know what else you like about diablo 4.
( any hint of the cows level )
Well I will play necro again, then mage and rogue to get all classes to 100.
Since only in s4 i could finally get 3 classes up to 100, because it was boring before.
To be honest I am not a fan of a roguelite mechanic not having any roguelite powers, or being so lite on said powers it ironically plays into the name.
Iām also going to need to see that big olā update to ALL Uniques and see how theyāve changed things up. If it aināt much I might not bother.
If said Unique change up is a big hit, and the upcoming additions to talents, paragon, and glyphs are solid then D4 could be rockinā in VoH.
Thatās just little olā me and I know I donāt speak for the masses. But I think by and large weāre getting there in D4 towards something really really strong, and worthy of the name Diablo, but this aināt it yet. When it does hit that sweet spot the sales $$$ will prob be solid for years cause you did Diablo fans a solid.
Itās a problem when the endgame difficulty is set to Peak-Barb.
My girlfriend plays sorcerer every season. S4 I fiddled around with her character as much as I could, but the work:fun ratio to make her viable for endgame was way off.
For the first time, i gave up and talked her into playing barb. We made her a new character and eliminated so much endgame friction. She sailed through pit 101 so much easier than her sorcerer ever would have.
Even my druid was easier to get into endgame. Then i got jealous of how much easier it was for her barb⦠and i tried to do necro and found out i still canāt play minions due to console couch coop bug. So i ended up playing barb too.
Weāre trying to play what we enjoy⦠but the enjoyment has a hard cap that varies by class.
I like to take my time with a build thatās why I do only one per season. I go for a different class each time and enjoyed playing them all so far. The choice is done before season starts independently of the Tier class. Was Tier 1 (S) last season with my Barb, canāt the same with my S4 Pulv Druid. When it comes to Bossing, itās even Tier F on Maxroll. Still managed to do Tormented Bosses and decent Pit levels.
Will probably start planning my Sorc build next week but didnāt decide yet which flavour.
As for the thread topic, iām gonna start with sorcerer so i can figure out my girlfriendās sorc faster and easier. Then iāll probably make a druid and play with the new uniques. Iāll probably wish I could play minion necro.
Beta - Twisting Blade Shadow Rogue
S0 - Twisting Blade Shadow Rogue
S1 - Twisting Blade Poison Rogue
S2 - Twinsting Blade Poison/Cold Rouge and Pen Shot Rogue
S3 - Pen Shot Rogue for 1 week, just to complete all seasonal jorneys.
S4 - Heartseeker Rogue (Shako->Andy->Godslayer)
S5 - Heartseeker to start, Windforce Barrage at max level.
S6 - Still Rogue, before others figure out all the min-max for Spiritborn.
Really hoping the updates to uniques are good. Too many fun druid builds are heavily dependent on uniques, making them a nightmare to play in season 4. I tried.
Necro all the way !!! Can play the class with one hand !!! Giga chad mages is pure love !!! Need higher scaling on temper dmg for mages and paragon node to compare with golem dmg.
After enjoying the Sorc the last few days, I am definitely going to start with Sorc this time around. Normally I build a necromancer. This week I tried every class. Necromancer is always the best. Sorceress really impressed me though. I am having loads of fun playing her.
Attempted a Bow Rogue - She blows
I played both a Druid and Barb past the first intro area to get a feel for them. Lacklustre.
Druid takes a while to get online. You need to finish their class quest and find key uniques and legendary aspects before the class comes together. Unfortunately a lot if key aspects donāt appear until WT3. Class is a blast once it all comes together.
