Where is "The Pit?"

“The Pit” provides a necessary material for upgrading equipment. It is located in Cerrigar, but I cannot find it. Any help?

Have to do a tier 46 nightmare dungeon to unlock it. Might be 45 it says 45+ now.

You have to be in WT4 and have completed a Tier45+ Nightmare Dungeon in order to access it. There should be an icon on the minimap, near the waypoint.
