I opend a lot of bags… but never dropped this gloves… Bug?

Where can I find this gloves??

This PTR is so bugged… useless to go to PTR… so now I know why live serves are so buggy…

Found them killing Harbinger of Hatred for what ever reason they are not in the bags/caches

You either have to get them as a drop or get lucky with the Obol vendor. They don’t drop the Class Unique bags that Mrak gives you. I think it’s listed in the blue sticky of “Known Issues”.
