Where are the hotfix notes?

As the title says, where are the hotfix notes? Has it been deployed yet? The pinned post is cryptic at best.

Additionally, please respect the time being put forth on testing realm and effectively communicate changes. We are trying to assist in the testing of season 5 so we don’t have a repeat of season 3. Keeping us in the dark only strengthens the belief that you just don’t care.

They really should have fixed the boss HP bug

Thank you. I did find them posted on the sticky-you have to scroll down to the bottom. So unclear they would be posted there.
