When does patch 1.1.1 roll out in SEA time?

I can’t find any place that states what time the patch will roll out.
It’s already 9pm on 8/8 where I live and it’s still on the old patch.

Currently its

6 am at Westcoast USA while “SEA” is 15 hours ahead.

maybe it will need around 2 to 3+ more hours, or anytime later in their Businesshours.

Going to guess around 10am PST, but maybe it will hit sooner.
