It might say that but I think you will get same as me, license error followed by a game crash.
I am at 47-54 MBS
mine crawled to like 340Kbps, I paused it at 38%, Closed the Bnet Client and restarted it. Then resumed the DL and it re-initialized and went back to the higher dl rate of 47MBps+.
Just telling you what I did, not telling you to do it, but it may help if your dl crawls down at the Kbps speed. I also have a Gigabit connection.
Mine is done. At character creation screen so no license issues either.

I think they just don’t care, it’s always been like this. There’s much much smaller companies bringing out massive updates for their live service games that have no issues at all for their launch. It’s like these people didn’t even start coding Spiritborn until 8 am today.

I decided to try what you did, but it didn’t work for me. That’s too bad. Although, I did get to see 106 B/s. Yes, that’s Bytes per second. That was delightful. 
I guess I’ll go back to studying. Ugh. How dare they make me be responsible!

it picks back up into Mb/s at 25%, 30% and solid after 60%

I bought the ultimate and my 100Mbit line is in the kbs.
Seeing as most streamers are already playing, they were probably the priority.

i bought ultimate as well but being on a 20/50 line speed aint the best deal but happy it moved off kb/s to MB/s ,i did go into download speed and just put all 9s all the way in both settings it may be that or just coincidence
