Do they still have that timer for the portal, I thought that was gone now?
I completed a Nemesis Lair, got a greater lair portal, ported to town, ported back. The greater portal was there for a second and vanished never to be seen again lol.
Nobody knows how these work. What I do is immediately get inside portal then sell to town. You never ever port to town with the portal open. Always go in.
