This is one of my objectives this season. Currently run Stormclaw but I find is good up to about 70-80. This is with Tibault’s, God Slayers, Mad Wolf Glee, and Staff of Krone
stormclaw is a excellent build for T100. probably the best, if you consider gear investment and difficulty.
I had the same issue with regular stormclaw at t70+, so i tried a natures fury stormclaw version with 100% uptime on bulwark. Tested build in a t96 dungeon and it worked great, could facetank most mobs so im really happy.

That’s what I found. First time I ever completed a T100 was with stormclaw, using the maxroll build. I don’t even have all of the correct affixes on my gear, but it’s so tanky it wasn’t a problem.
I also tried Moxsy’s build, but that was more designed for bossing and so squishy I couldn’t complete a T80 without dying.
Try poison stormclaw, t100 easy, Lilith maybe 5s longer than bally boi.
You’re using to many uniques, you need more defensive from legendary gear and 1 or two more defensive aspects.
Best I’ve found is Overpowered Slam.
2000% overpower
Werebear slam and 3-11million damage overpower hits.
And your a tank.
But you can go poison or lightning and try and match full screen overpowers like that 
A good OP build can easily hit 18M, but it doesn’t always happen. If big number is what you are chasing after, this is definitely the only build.
I play as stormwolf, so far I competed T80 easy, but since it is dmg over time, it ticks ~200k, i need some crit dmg yet but this build it doesn’t have big numbers.
Was playing bouldercane, I could tank everything and was so safe build cause it was knocking back everything but bosses, BUT cause it was knocking back everything, it was so annoying at the same time.
So far I can’t find a build to play T100 and to see big numbers with decent clear speed like a Barb, imagine , a friend plays a Barb and we went to fight ULilith, I was fighting her normally, took quite long to kill her, while the Barb 2 shot her literally!!!
Iv cleared t100 on my overpower pulverize build. It’s not a slow run or speed run it’s just a run. Name of the game is don’t get hit a bunch just hit them lol.
Haven’t done Lilly yet but plan to trying to hit 2500% over power and a Uber unique or 4 would help (at 0 with 100+ runs i have farmed myself… wife got one in that time running with me).
