Lets say I have an amulet 3GA Crit chance, Cooldown reduction, and Attack speed.
What will be happen to him? I mean these affixes will be downgraded?

You will still have an amulet with 3 GAs with the same affixes (and any tempers and masterworking), but the amulet will be a new ilvl 540 item (assuming nothing changes from the PTR), so the maximum value of the range that will be used to calculate the GA will be lower. Currently (again, assuming they don’t change anything from the PTR to the launch, which is not a great assumption, IMO), the values would be:
At Masterworking 12/12:
+10.7% crit chance
+12.7% attack speed
+6.6% cdr
At MW 0/12:
8.3% crit chance
9.8% attack speed
5.1% cdr

Bliz handled this poorly. Esp for mythics. This is why ppl are upset.
They also killed S5 for anyone who plays eternal as well as items earned now are useless. Its already ghost town now. Season is dead.

Assuming you’re talking about a 925 on eternal, from what they’ve said so far -
That item will get scaled down to the new stat ranges for a 540, which - and here’s the fun part - that’s not just a squish, it’s a nerf, too, since all current 540-925s will descale to the new 540. Your affixes will be at the max possible for their range, but no longer GA. The item will also be legacy, so very likely no further masterwork or tempering.

At least if mythics kept full power there wud be something to go for but nope legacy mythics yet again. Bliz is not learning here.
Same thing that happens every season we forget about it and use our new character and build and go farming and hunting for the gear for our new seasonal characters!

Sure am glad I almost never touch the eternal, as I doubt I will ever see a 4 GA Earthbreaker again.
No its not a nerf, even if you confine yourself to eternal (cause seasons make gear obsolete the moment seasons end and new is starting) EVVERYTHING is getting squished.
by about 10 times. 40 k health becomes about 4k health.
150K attack pwr becomes 15k etc (not exact math but an approximation)
mob dmg/health is determined by both your tier your on and your level until max level, where your tier levels decide. What most forget is that Diablo isnt focused on eternal, its focus on seasons, they even made a comment stating something towards that . however if it works as in PTR, any gear you have will retain BOTH tempers and 12/12 masterwork (beyond the new cap for non ancestral gear) because having a GA on it on new gear sets it to ancestral ilvl, but legacy gear does not. So current gear doesnt become useless, it will merely be a stepping stone to replacing it. with glyphs to 100 and all, there were some builds smashing everything with Legacy gear on (same gear from our season 5 with stat squishes etc.)
Exactly, season is dead now. Farming mats/shards is only thing left and has huge DR’s now as none of the drops mean much of anything until S6/2.0
It is a nerf. I’m not going to explain why it is, I have an entire thread where I explain it in about 5 different ways to people that can’t read or think critically. I’m not going to do that in full again. Take this key points:
In current live gameplay, 540 is weaker than 925, yah? In the upcoming squish, 540->540. 541-540. 542->540. Etc etc all the way up to 925. You cannot possibly think that this means 540 is being upscaled. It has already been confirmed that % stats that did not really need to be squished have also been nerfed at that tier: things like movement speed and things that affect breakpoints, like attack speed. Literally about half the variance in item levels is being crushed down to an innately weaker one. That is a nerf.
Please do not post things based on willfull ignorance, I am so very weary.
