My necromancer will be named Zacharius and my barbarian Kagreth. I’m not sure what to name my rogue or sorcerer. Crusader will be Ignatius.

My Sorc is called Mana
My Barb is called Rage
My Druid is called Spirit
My Necro is called Essence and my rogue is called…Bob.

I don’t know that unique names help. I’ve seen so many variations of Drizzt for rogues over the years it’s almost like trying to decipher some cryptic code to figure out what they’re actually called.

I get wanting to pay tribute to your fave character, but when you can inflict terrible puns on the community by naming your rogue Mick Dagger, why would you choose anything else

3 Legacy of Kain names,
4 Malazan ones (maybe Karsa for barb for example),
and 3 from The Prince of Nothing (which thinking about it, ppl liking Diablo should read, it’s “Lord of the Rings + A Game of Thrones + Dune + Nietzsche”).

But of cos! Drizzt is the most popular Dark Elf from the D&D world who is anti-stereotypical type of character.

But that aside, can anyone shed some light if character names aren’t unique?
If they are, you can bet someone would taken the name of a character that you wanted.

The only ones that I’m looking for something better is MickDagger and JodieFroster.

ok well the three faves i use are

for assassin: LetsFightingLove
and for barb(shouter): ILikeToSinga
(axe thrower): Brrrrrtbarian

shout out to the player i drove by in d4 who named his d4 druid ManBearPig. XD
i stole that one.
