I have seen disgusting Thorn Beasts elite pack with suppressor, cold enchanted and poison
By the time I run to the inner circle of suppressor, I got chain frozen. And their ranged attacks pierces too.
for me its extra health, Vampiric + poison.
Im a barb, I dont get CC so…
By far the worst is the Chilling Wind and Cold Enchanted are by far the worst followed by Fire Enchanted (mostly because it is hard for me to see because I am a shadow necromancer so blighted corpse explosion sort of hides the explosions).
The rest are complete non issues IMO.
ETA: worst monster type is Nangari. Because all the above elite affixes with their stupid laser stun will CC chain you to death.
Cold enchanted. Hands down. No competition.

Diablo 4 in general is the worst monster type. Garbage game for a 2023 release.
Actually let me expand on what I said.
Cold enchanted dungeon with Death Pulse and Ghost enemies, F. Wraiths and those hyper beams.
Cold Enchanted/Suppressor/Shadow Enchanted. The Shadows from the Shadow Enchantment mimic the affixes of the monster. So each Shadow has Suppressor/Cold Enchant meaning it just covers the entire room in Suppression fields while the Shadows insta freeze you from the Cold Enchant. It’s truly truly awful.
Vampiric is definitely one of the worst I’d say
Whatever the affix is that causes the enemies to shoot off red balls of lightening when I attack them. It melts my health.
Vampiric is a death sentence if your DPS is bad.
I think that is the Khazra Shaman casting a channel skill on a melee goat. That is insanely lethal
Surpressor+fire. Sure If i have to go into the bubble I will but then I also have to dodge the fire, that’s just mean.
Whatever makes elites spawn with that anti-projectile barrier + teleport. It’s maddening to herd my Skeletal mages inside the barrier only for the elite to teleport somewhere else. 
The bone bow with a protective cover, you can’t even see where it is.
