You buy duriel material from website online, and go 1 click duriel and do this as many time as you can until you get all the loot you need for sitting in town and making the game easier by using the broken item to make game easier
Play the campaign, farm your char through T3 till T4 and reach 100. Congratulation, here ends everything. Sure you can keep farming, do AoZ, farm Duriel endless times to get some uber uniques - but your character has no more progress.

Quite a bit to do atm to get gear but uber D and wb are the fastest way to get ilv 925 gear.

No they donāt. It is all the same thing. Grind something to get better gear to grind on something to get better gear. Itās the same thing in all games.

End game is activities doable when you reach the max level to optimize your build and equipments
In Diablo 4 in fact the max item is 80 + power level 925 : you try to find the best item to be the strongest / the more efficient
Duriel drop 925 power level items guaranted + very low chance for Uber unique item : so it is the main end game activity + helltides to get materiel to summon itā¦ behind a stupid Boring disgusting bloody 3 hours Time Gate !!!
There is no wardrobe so far so you canāt have different build to play : you have to chose and to suffer to be weak for some activities
Level 100 nightmare dungeon might be a little challenge but it is easely doable
Uber Lilith is stupid challenge : worth killing only one Time, cause it does not give loot afterā¦ Non sense
PvP is broken and so not fun : too many broken build like immortal rogue or one shot barbarian
And we got Zir abattoirā¦ impossible to beat without Uber unique Harlequin Crest which is mearly impossible to getā¦ And it give you a glyph wich will desapear at the end of Season 2 After 23th of januaryā¦ So it not even worth the effort
So in fact there is still no end game activity in Diablo 4 so far
Game is Great : I do love it
But Iām still waiting for fun end game
and hoping for the end of all the stupid Boring Time Gate, I bought the game to play not to wait to be authorized to play sometimesā¦

If you have completed a difficult nightmare dungeon before, go back and do it with a 10 minute timer and stop playing if you die. Youāve just simulated what the end game mode āAbbatoir of Zirā is. That, plus one bad boss fight, are all that really await you.
If you want to grind you way up and keep doing more of that Diablo stuff, it can be kind of fun to work on your character and keep grinding, but if youāre hoping for an evolution of gameplay, youāre basically done.

Duriel runs until you get shako, best gear, and then donāt play again or make an alt to endure all the crap again. Blizz created a pointless barrier and made that barrier surrounded by the constant farming of crap to surpass that barrier. They canāt seem to figure out what is subjectively āfunā. They just want you to stay online and do things to make their bottom line look good.

The thing a simple mind like yours does not understand: The person posting that has some modicum of faith that Blizz will do something to make the game more enjoyable for them. You, on the other hand, order a steak, pay for it, and accept a plate of crap and tell everyone itās good. You associate their post count with them playing, yet with a post count that high, they are clearly and obviously posting while not playing the game (hard concept to follow, isnāt it?!". Perhaps. However, I had a lot of fun in D3 and greatly welcome set pieces. The seasons, especially the later ones, were far more fun than what we have now (in my opinion).
