i have break from the game and play in season 7 after change. i cant build hero which is competetive with best build in the game. Before changes i can build what i wants. blizzard you kill creativity in this game and force to play meta build

there has always been meta builds. pretty much since seasom 0.
a lot changed depending on when you last played, so you most likely will have to get adjusted to everything thats new.
Yes a lot have changed since you played last time. We all (no exceptions) have grey long beards now and our skin looks like wrinkled thin paper 
But we are still rocking Sanctuary

No one force you to play Necromancer BW.
At the end of the days, you have what is called “Free Will”, except if your are a gun on your back everyday of course.

Woron is correct, you were able to do a lot of off meta builds before the stat squish and the stat squish pretty much killed that.

Just to reiterate the devs goal is every class can farm everything, complete all endgame content, and engage in the crafting systems in Torment 1. They also stated they wanted the sweet spot of all classes being able to hit Pit 85 (roughly). Which I think you’d be hard pressed to find a build that can’t do this currently. Unless that build doesn’t wear any gear.
The disconnect is where players think classes and builds should be versus where the devs think it should be.
