Thanks, my own testing seems to confirm that crit dmg is the way to go. Next thing to figure out is if I should swap my weapon out for one with greater affix on crit dmg and a health affix instead of greater affixes on both vulnerable and dmg. Good luck with your build!
I was struggling for a while trying to run a purely human build, but when I switched to unique helm that makes storm skills werewolf skills and unique chest that grants +5-7 to all werewolf skills (AKA storm skills) it really doubled down on all skills and took off. I have about 30 points now in Lightning Storm
