Aldkin’s ability “You instantly kill Languishing enemies with less than 40% Life.”
What does being languish mean?
: to be or become feeble, weak, or enervated. Plants languish in the drought. b. : to be or live in a state of depression or decreasing vitality. languished in prison for ten years.
In case of Aldkin, both passives require the Field of languish, as enemies are in said field, having reduced movement, and reduced damage, they are considered to be “languishing”.

yea, theres a reason why noone uses him ^^
it’s quite effective and helpful in higher pit when pulling mobs together. you need some time to reduce these mobs to half hp, and then this ability will make you feel fast enough.

doesnt work on elites tho 
Most likely, this means the debuff status when health is below 40%.
