Probably having the same problem many are having in this thread:

-VRAM leak over time?

Its listed as solved, but so far its not. However there are lots of suggestions of things to try throughout.

Here are some settings to compare to:

-3080ti @ 4k @ 120 FPS, High rez disabled & lowest settings enabled. 120% GPU VRAM usage. Why?! 13GB character screen, 16GB in game. GPU only has 12GB. VYSNC and FPS cap enabled - #7 by DTMAce-1687
