Look man, Blizzard is a small inde dev studio with limited man power and a micro budget… They can’t afford to run a PTR server just to make sure their code isn’t a dumpster fire of piss poor ideas and choices.
I honestly think if we want the game to get better we should start a kickstarter for Blizzard… we can call it “FIRE YOUR ENTIRE STAFF AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW WTF THEY ARE DOING” fund.
