Somebody just slamming the game and calling everybody who likes it names is in fact, not helpful at all. This is true.
You know what else isn’t helpful? All of the “I love it, its great, go away trolls” posts that NEVER seem to explain WHY they love it and WHY others are wrong.
May as well to go along with the player base purge they did with that garbage patch

There was no review bomb lol. It was people expressing their disatisfaction with a terrible game that shouldn’t have been released.
If you want to call it a review bomb, go ahead. It doesn’t change the fact that this game is terrible and people are upset about it. You could call it a fake negative review campaign and it wouldn’t matter. The fact is, that many of us are just not going to put up with this garbage anymore and are going to voice our dissatisfaction with this horrible game any chance we get so that other people do not make the mistake of puchasing this game before they know the craptacular state it is in and they don’t end up feeling like they wasted their money.
The only person I would recommend this game to, is a person who was about to light a 100 dollar bill on fire.

Reality was you were drip fed bullsht.
Barbs and Sorcs took days to get gimped, weeks to get seasonal powers fixed and then we still have bugs on aspects but have to stick around for another fortnight for basic skill buffs and reworked uniques that are still trash? No one on the dev team has even played sorc or barb til level 20 that is a fact.
But you can still play dogsht and have fun with the game right? 2/5 classes under performing wildly but hey at least 1 streamer has done uber lilith in 10 minutes so I am honestly expecting another barb nerf next patch.
Elites still take 10 seconds to spawn, they even want to change their own tele tp back after explaining how there were better alternatives and didn’t take it. Patch to patch and reverting the same changes with a future patch isn’t a tell of a well planned live service. Hell I’d be surprised if they even had their own road map at all.
Bug fixes and QoL features that should have been there in the first place doesn’t deserve thanks. Everyone’s standards has gone lower each and every passing year.
I actually think Diablo 4 has the WORST mount in video gaming history and could go on but I actually enjoy the effort the dev teams puts in to come up with new lies to players on a weekly basis. I am sure their intentions are pure but their actions definitely reflect otherwise. It is entirely appropriate to call it dumpster fire chat.
If you want an echo chamber go to reddit. Plenty of memes and character screenshots to drool over.

I can honestly say, I’m satisfied with D4. The initial rush was fun. It didn’t necessarily follow the same old formula, but it kinda kept with tradition. Is it an improvement? That remains to be seen.
I don’t know about the rest of you, but I really haven’t had a memorable experience. Nothing really stands out as a, “this is freaking awesome” moment.
Just keep in mind, nothings permanent. This game can go either way.

the Lilith Inarius cutscene was very memorable, i thought i was watching the Story trailer, but BAM!!! i was super surprised.
I don’t think the devs need any help from people in the forums to ruin there own game. They are awesome at it already.
I hear ya and while cutscenes are important, it’s not why I play games. It helps with the immersion, but it’s not enough to hold the excitement.

D4 is amazing if you’re a casual, hardcore casual, or non arpg player. That’s me, i love it, love the battle pass, will probably never experience any of the game mechanics that have issues.
After seeing the poe convention though, sorry but i have to admit it makes complete sense why arpg players have done nothing but complain. The baseline is so much lower in d4 and even for that its broken.
So i guess i’m happy im a hardcore casual player.
