That’s rough. If the issue was with Paingorger’s, why was the damage reduced with builds that do not use it? It makes no sense, but it’s Blizzard, so they probably rolled-in a another bug so the entire proc is gutted.
Probably a bug, because it makes no sense for a non-Paingorger’s build to be affected if the fix targeted Eviscerate Fragment + Paingorger’s interaction. Typical Blizzard. Either they nerfed the hell out of it, either they fumbled and forgot something while fixing the unintended high scaling damage with Paingorger’s.
