I’m unable to change the look of my barbarian because for some reason there a boots in the gloves spot and apparently glove and pants in my 1 handed weapon spots when I check my ensemble. The mismatch freezes customization. It won’t save any new changes or let me buy a new slot. I know I’m not the only one with this issue.

I’m having the same issue, I can’t apply any tramsmorg to my Sorcerer, I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the game, but its still broken.

Bumping this. I have the same issue.
I have the same problem, PS5 babarian, pants stuck in head cannot transmog character. doesn’t matter which wardrobe you go to or directly from the character. reinstalling games doesn’t solve it.
Same issue, boots stuck in the gloves slot and no changes are saved for the other item slots, after closing Wardrobe it reverts back to the Default look for every item. Purchased item skins from the Store but unable to actually use them. Have not asked for refund, saw a couple other posts where that did not end well, VoH was removed and no money returned. Do better Blizzard, this is not a good look for you.
