War Plans bugged at Rank 9/10 with 7/8 Activity Skill Points despite all activities maxed out

This bug has been reported previously, and I’m making you guys aware that it is still around.

My Barbarian’s War Plans is stuck at Rank 9/10 with 7/8 Activity Skill Points despite having finished all activity skill trees.

Relogging doesn’t fix it. I do wonder if refunding all my points and relogging might fix it - but you guys made the refund cost 50 million each, so I can’t afford it lol to test that solution.

Maybe deleting and undeleting the character would work, but that seems a bit scary to attempt.

+1 here.. i even tried doing a couple of activities to see if it will get to 10/10 but still stuck at 9.

I have the same bug. Huge disappointment after grinding out all those Infernal Hordes.

Has any Blizz confirmed this is a bug? Are we maybe just missing something?

lol it’s definitely a bug, I leveled them up to 10/10 last season no problem

Same Problem on 2 Chars.

Refunding does not fix it, tried it already.

Man this really sucks. Grinding all the way to rank 10 and then not getting to do the rank 10 content feels terrible. Ive ended up just not playing anymore and I was havin a good time this season man

Please blizzard, take a look on this, all the grind for nothing, we need the rank 10

Same issue, also on a barb. I got the last 2 to 7 on the same turn in and am wondering if that’s what bugged it.

This seems to be a feature and not a bug or they would have fixed it… Talk about a great way to limit retention for players…

playing Diablo 4 hard core war plans will not achieve level 10.
for the first time in MANY attempts unfortunately for the last 2 seasons…
i finally finished my war plans, unfortunately it says i need an addition point being 7/8 and that that is impossible being that all the plans are complete.
i have been wanting to do these mythic reward plans since i found out in season 13, please help.

i created a need character same class finished 2 plans…..

i ran over 3 additional plans past the maxed plans……

i rest the game yes a few times just relogging to play additionally…..

i reset plans to re-aply points……
