Pretty straight forward:
When wielding this aspect in a 2h slot, the increase to bleed duration does not scale in the 2h or Amulet slot. The tooltip in the occultist shows that it should, but upon application the weapon or amulet shows just the standard increase (not 2x or 1.5x for 2h or amulet, respectively)

Actually, it is worse than what you say. It halves the duration from 30% - 60% to 15% - 30%. Great QC from the dev team.

I think bleed barbarian could be very fun to play but wanton rupture is not only bugged on the duration side, but it actually do not provide bleed duration scaling for most of the bleed dmg.
Whirlwind bleed dmg => wont’ scale
Gushing wounds => wont’ scale
Enanched rupture explosion => won’t scale
Weaponbmastery 2H sword => won’t scale
I think this season would be very nice to have the aspect fully working to use it as expected with 2h sword expertise.

Just want to drop that it is indeed worse. The tooltip before choosing to add the aspect says it is 30-60%, boosted by 1.5x / 2x for Amulets and 2H weapons - and when added the tooltip on the actual item is showing it’s halved on 2H weapons and reduced by 1.5x on amulets. What’s weird is that I’m not actually sure if it’s doing the damage properly and it’s just the tooltip or not without an actual damage meter to use…kinda would be a nice feature (wink wink) for testing builds and such.
Confirmed. Wanton rupture is broken on 2 hands and amulets
