I’m in EST, and it’s entertaining me how many people think they should be allowed to play simply because it’s going to be past their bedtime, when the issue is resolved. 
Also, if they let deltas occur in the gameworld, some of that has to be distributed and cached, which could further delay whatever platform is having the issue, if it isn’t a global resource.
I know, everyone’s disappointed… But put yourself in another platform user’s shoes, and think how upset you’d be with the evil game company that left you behind for a day, while your friends on other platforms got to start playing. Maybe you wouldn’t care, but I’m betting since you’re upset about the current situation, you’d be upset about that situation, too. Lol.
