VOH Launch Delayed! Panic! Not

Just talked to my cousin who works at Blizzard, he confirmed the delay is due to Y2K, fix will not be possible until the year 3000

Alex Jones was right after all

Well 2 things.

#1 - that build is not accessible anymore.

#2 - if the servers are down they couldn’t log into it either.

Prolly just a vod other streamers are doing the same thing.

 I was referring to streamers in general

Agreed, and hopefully that was actually done. But we don’t know what testing they did (if any) beforehand.

Replace “Blizzard” with any major publisher/developer and it’s the exact same thing. This is an industry-wide problem.

Dude, I know. I am talking about bad communication here, nothing else. As I said, I often sit on the other end. I have a lot of sympathy for everyone at Blizzard currently involved in this but as I said, sometimes it’s just better to swallow the bitter pill.
“Going dark” after announcing a “short delay” is in no way good practice, professional or helping anyone.
That is my whole point and nothing else.
Sorry for maybe not making this clearer in the first place. I am neither raging at anyone, getting upset myself or want to “burn down Blizzard”.
I am simply stumped that a company, now owned by Microsoft (who have very clear, consice and precise communication nowadays for their cloud-platforms and even live-trackers for every single components of their infrastructure) can STILL be this bad at professional-level communication with their customers.
