Problems can occur, but the worst is NOT communicating in a proper manner to your customers! No info what the problem is, how long it probably will take, and we sit here waiting for their next cryptic information that they promised us 2 hours ago:
Second worst is not finding a workaround! Related to one platform? Let the others play. Serverside? Why was that not detected earlier?

How is this possible. They have had streamers and every other salesman playing for months. Nothing has changed since then and suddenly when it is finally the CUSTOMERS turn it doesn’t work?
It rly seems to me this entire thing is linked to steam players not getting their patch approved in time to even download before launch, so instead Blizzard opted to delay everyone else instead of start on time with only Steam behind. Steam was gonna be behind either way…
